Senior Sales Executive


The role
To assist the Sales Manager and Sales Team in day to day operations in the sales office. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and possess a positive hard working attitude. The chosen candidate must be a team player but also have the ability to work as a self starter where required. They will also provide support for the Sales Manager as requested and mentor junior members of the team as required.

This position has a 3 month trial period and we will provide full training.

Key skills and responsibilities
  • To increase and develop the furniture and catering sales
  • Supervise junior sales staff allocated to you, (2 - 4 staff)
  • To acquire new clients and build own client base
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Answer email enquiries
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely efficient manner
  • Input and maintain accurate records
  • Chase quotes, update records
  • Keep and record accurate information
  • Cold calling – ½ day per week to introduce Casablanca Hire
  • Project work – ½ day per week
  • Assisting where and when needed in all areas of the business
  • Check stock availability and advise appropriate alternatives if required
  • Up sell other items and services as and when possible
  • Negotiate terms and closing sales on all quotes in the catering and furniture section
  • Organise site visits for all marquee staff after 3 months’ probation
  • Organise meetings for you and Sales Manager after 3 months’ probation
  • Accounts - Payments – take and chase payments when required
  • Accounts - Deposits – take and chase when required 
  • Answer showroom enquiries – as and when clients visit
  • Client interaction to build relationship and trust with all clients
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Good knowledge of all stock
  • Good knowledge of competitors and their stock
  • Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of TSS or a similar sales software package is desirable.
  • 100% furniture quotes/events – first 8 months
  • 25% marquee quotes/events – after 8 months


Warehouse operative – Catering equipment preparation section

We are a well established Catering, Furniture and Marquee hire company located in Kingsbury NW9. Due to the seasonality of our business we are now looking to fill a number of positions. These roles could possibly be a temp to perm position for the right people.

The role
To assist both the Catering and Warehouse Managers in preparing all catering equipment and furniture ready for hire Candidates must have good counting and communication skills with a positive hard working attitude. This position takes responsibility for ensuring that all catering equipment and furniture is counted, cleaned, prepared and packed correctly and to the highest standard ready for our clients to use.

Other duties include maintaining warehouse stock control records, loading and unloading our vehicles and also client’s vehicles, dealing with clients collecting orders, heavy lifting. This position has a one week trial period and we provide full training as well as an £8.50 per hour wage on a 7 day rota.

Drivers – Multi drop deliveries

We are a well established Catering, Furniture and Marquee hire company located in Kingsbury NW9. Due to the seasonality of our business we are now looking for experienced drivers. These roles could possibly be a temp to perm position for the right people.

The role
To assist the Transport Manager ensuring that the all multi drop deliveries and collection are carried out safely, efficiently and on time. This role includes loading, delivering, collecting and unloading vehicles and heavy lifting is involved as well as ensuring company documents are completed and checked.

Our drivers are an essential part of the customer facing team and you must have a good level of English and communication skills as well as good customer service and a positive hard working attitude. Knowledge of central London would be an advantage as well as 3.5 tonne experience. A full clean driving licence held for over 2 years is essential and you must be over 25 to apply.

Drivers Mates/Delivery Porters – Multi drop deliveries

The role
To assist the delivery drivers ensuring that the all multi drop deliveries and collection are carried out safely, efficiently and on time. This role includes loading, delivering, collecting and unloading vehicles and heavy lifting is involved as well as ensuring company documents are completed and checked. Setting up furniture and assisting with marquee builds is all part of this varied role with an element of outside work to be expected.

Our porters are an essential part of the customer facing team and you must have a good level of English and communication skills as well as good customer service and a positive hard working attitude. Knowledge of central London would be an advantage.
