Dear Rob,

I know I told you earlier how impressed I was with Marcus and his team today but I wanted to put it in writing because I am so grateful to you and him for ensuring that the set up for our 40th party has been smooth and stress free. I have no experience of party planning (did you guess?!?) and to be looked after as well as we have been has been most reassuring! You took considerable time to come up with the right marquee, heating, furniture - the list goes on and on and were very patient with me! Marcus and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the set up. The weather was dreadful today and yet the team remained cheerful; they were also very accommodating when it came to moving bits that were in the wrong place, fitting in with me being busy etc, etc. Marcus is very methodical in his approach - you feel that you are in good hands and he was meticulous in checking we had everything and, when he realised we didn't, quick to find a solution. All in all I feel that we have been very well looked after and I wanted to tell you that - please thank everybody who has contributed to the set up and pray for good weather!

I just want to say a massive thank you for sorting out those heaters for us yesterday! My colleagues wanted me to say how amazing the driver was also who picked up the heaters last night. Dear Jonathan,

I wanted to write a personal note of appreciation to you and your team. Yesterday was at best a challenging day with the weather and multiple failures by Camden. When I walked up the street at 5:30 a.m., your lorries were all in Hampstead queued and ready for action.

And the rain undermined our ability to lay any power cords on the street! But, you and your team were amazing. I thought the marquees looked beautiful and I was happy that we had such high-quality stalls for our vendors in the horrible rain.

On a personal level, it was a pleasure to work with you and Becky over the last several months. You had endless patience with our random needs for more, than less, than more marquees, tables, stages and so forth. You really made my job very easy.

If you are willing to come back and help us in the future, I know that we will want to use Casablanca because it was such a pleasant experience and you really came through for us under terrible conditions.

A heart felt thank you from the Putney Partnership, Wandsworth Council and myself for providing the wonderful entertainment, facilities, commentary and speeches at last Fridays successful Putney Christmas Lights & Market event.

We were thrilled with how it went and, through your generosity, you helped us raise over £11,500 for The Pluto Appeal. This will be used to buy instruments for the robotic surgical system so that the surgeons can start using it in on children and babies at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. You will be helping these children benefit from the most advanced surgical system in the world so that they have smaller scars, recovery quicker and go home sooner.
