Dear Darren.

A belated thanks to all the team at Casablanca for sorting us out with an excellent little marquee for our party back on 19th November. Despite some seriously heavy and prolonged rain that night, it remained water-tight from above, and with the lights, carpet, etc, was just right for our needs.

The installation and removal were done on time and in a friendly and business-like manner.

So glad we went to the professionals for this!

I hope you don't mind me contacting you on your direct email. I just thought that I should email you to let you know the fantastic customer service that I received from one of your employees Darren.

I was really stressed that I had left getting something's for a Christmas function late but Darren was so great to do business with and made everything so simple. I am a big believer when someone dose a good job to give some feedback to the person above. He was fantastic and it made my experience so much nicer.

Good morning Natasha,

I wanted to let you know that the marquees have all been set up and look absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately due to train delays (of course it happened today!) I was 5 minutes late to meet your team. I would like to let you know how great your team are.

When I arrived, they had already started putting everything out and were very quick to react when I told them where the marquees needed to be set up. All of them were working very hard and efficiently – all were helping each other and doing their part. It was honestly amazing to see.

They have brilliant work ethic and a true asset to Casablanca. Please do pass my thanks onto them. Thanks again to you and your team. You are lifesavers and we will definitely use your company again in the future.

The set-up of the marquee 2 days before the event was as smooth as could be, and once we got the lights the following day, it looked absolutely stunning - like a winter wonderland. Hi Rob,

Thank you for the promised credit. We should have contacted you before the wedding but to be honest everything was a bit traumatic with builders still working until 9 pm the night before the wedding so we could not finish set up until the morning of the 4th!

We did not even realise the true impact of the lights until it was dark on the day. I do know James was pleased with everything else. The "vent" around the tree was brilliant in the hot weather and the storm we had on the night after we had dressed the marquee didn't damage anything at all.

We were all very grateful for a smooth set up in what must have been awkward circumstances for your team going through the house and I hope the removal went well.

Dear Rob,

I know I told you earlier how impressed I was with Marcus and his team today but I wanted to put it in writing because I am so grateful to you and him for ensuring that the set up for our 40th party has been smooth and stress free. I have no experience of party planning (did you guess?!?) and to be looked after as well as we have been has been most reassuring! You took considerable time to come up with the right marquee, heating, furniture - the list goes on and on and were very patient with me! Marcus and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the set up. The weather was dreadful today and yet the team remained cheerful; they were also very accommodating when it came to moving bits that were in the wrong place, fitting in with me being busy etc, etc. Marcus is very methodical in his approach - you feel that you are in good hands and he was meticulous in checking we had everything and, when he realised we didn't, quick to find a solution. All in all I feel that we have been very well looked after and I wanted to tell you that - please thank everybody who has contributed to the set up and pray for good weather!

We wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful service we were given over the hire of the marque for our Wedding Anniversary. Hi Jonathan,

I know it’s a few weeks ago now, but I just wanted to to thank you and all your staff for what you did for us at this year’s Chinese New Year event.

It’s always a great pleasure working with your staff on site, and we also get many comments from other contractors (such as Ethix and SFM) on site who say the same thing about the Casablanca crew.

We understand it can sometimes be long, hard, cold and tiring working on site, but your staff are always extremely polite, diligent and ready to help in whatever way possible. Nothing is ever a problem for them, and believe me, this makes a big difference. We have at times had to work with people who don’t behave like this, who shout and get angry, so working with people who see themselves as part of a team, with a common goal to make the event as best as it can possibly be, is an absolute joy.

Please pass on mine and Matt’s thanks to Gabby, Tony, Marco and the rest of the team for all their efforts.

We're looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
