Hi Victor,

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say a huge thank you to Elisandro and his team.

We’ve used Casablanca for small orders for catering for a long time but have been to other suppliers for gazebo traditionally the years (and to be honest when I saw the budget I was a bit dubious about paying the extra compared to the cheaper companies we’ve used before), but the service and standard of equipment was fantastic and worth every penny.

Elisandro was on time, unpacked quickly and efficiently, was helpful to the client when he needed a few cable ties and helped us with another gazebo we had that needed securing. In short he helped us out hugely and was courteous and friendly to our team and the client. I can’t praise him highly enough. It really made the difference being able to rely on Casablanca to go above and beyond.

We’re pleased to have you booked for our event this weekend and certainly won’t be looking anywhere else in future. Please do pass on our thanks to Elisandro and team – they were super!

Hi Rob,

I hope you’re well. I just wanted to thank you all so much for all of your help with the gazebos for our event last Saturday. The event went really well, we had around 500 walkers and have raised £63,000 so far!

Please could you pass my thanks onto Victor, who was speaking to my colleague Vicky on the Friday to sort out last-minute documentation for our location – and our apologies for all the hassle!
